Encore Event Coordination now have a team of professionals ready to assist you in making your wedding dreams come true!We offer set ups/pack downs, Planning, Design, Bar service (duty managers included) and so much more.On the day we will take care of the little details while you spend time relaxing with family and friends.We can do as little or as much as is needed to help make your day go as smoothly as possible and will tailor packages to suit needs and budgets. Keep a look out as over the next year we will be adding to our exclusive venues list to give you more options for ceremony and reception venues available only when booking through Encore events. We are based in Dunedin but often work throughout Central Otago and Southland so get in touch as we may be in your neck of the woods and would love to meet you and discuss your wedding plans and ideas
